📦 Return Policy

  • You may initiate a return within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return:
    • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
    • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
    • Returns will not be accepted for items that are damaged due to customer mishandling or wear and tear.

  2. Provide your order number and a brief reason for the return.
  3. Our support team will guide you through the return process.

Note: Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.


💸 Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 2–5 business days to your original method of payment.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or altered products
  • Items on clearance/sale (if mentioned as “Final Sale”)
  • Innerwear or personal clothing items (for hygiene reasons)

📦 Same-Day Dispatch

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST (Mon–Sat) are dispatched on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on holidays are dispatched the next working day.
